Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without BRIDGERS's prior written consent, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The “Maylee” trademark and logo are the exclusive property of BRIDGERS. Any unauthorised use will be prosecuted.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to its interpretation or performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris Commercial Court, notwithstanding plurality of defendants or third-party claims, including for urgent or precautionary proceedings, subject to public-order jurisdiction rules applicable to consumers.
